We urge all clients to file electronically.
Apply online to file your W-2 information electronically to the Federal Government.
To apply for processing 1099 information to the Federal Government, you are required to complete Form #4419 (pdf).
Order Early
Clients are urged to order forms early. This will ensure the availability of products, as well as eliminate potential delays in processing or errors in shipping and delivery. Orders may be entered at any time online.
Forms typically ship within one week of order date. Should your order not be received within 10 days of placement, please contact us at taxforminquiry@tylertech.com or 800-772-2260 (ext. 5275).
Upon delivery, be sure to check orders promptly to make certain all items have been received.
